Clark Bushnell

Clark Bushnell has been admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland since 1982 and is an Accredited mediator. Clark is married and has five adult children.

Clark commenced his legal career after having first completed a Bachelor of Arts degree at Queensland University of Technology. After completing 5 years articles of clerkship, Clark was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland on 16 August 1982.

For many years Clark was a "general practitioner" dealing with a wide range of legal issues including criminal and family law matters. Clark has always been happy to share his knowledge and mentor his colleagues and share his years of expertise and experience.

Clark is a passionate advocate in criminal law matters often preferring to personally conduct hearings and trials. Clark is an accredited Duty Lawyer and a Preferred Legal Aid Solicitor.

Clark lived in Ipswich as a child and returned to Ipswich in 1987 and established his own legal practice. After many decades of dealing with legal matters and life in general Clark is well equipped with the knowledge to help those in need.

Clark is an officer in the RAAF Reserves and is a member of the Queensland Law Society and the Ipswich District Law Association.

Annette Power

Annette Power has been admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland since 2005 after completing her law degree at Queensland University of Technology. Whilst studying full time, Annette gained practical experience working and completed 2 years Articles of Clerkship with us. Annette is also a qualified Justice of the Peace.

Annette has been working in legal offices for over 30 years. During that period of time Annette has gained experience in a wide range of legal areas including all aspects of Family Law including property matters (for married and de facto couples), domestic violence and applications by the Department of Communities (Child Safety Services).

Annette also has extensive experience in Wills and Estates, Personal Injury matters and criminal law matters involving children. She is also an accredited Childrens Court Duty Lawyer.

Annette is a passionate advocate for children. She is committed to achieving outcomes which are practical, ideally through dispute resolution rather than the Courts.

Annette is a devoted mother to three adult children and more recently has enjoyed caring for younger children as an approved Foster Carer for the Department of Communities. Annette has the life experience to back up her legal expertise and is committed to ongoing professional development and furthering her legal knowledge.

Annette is a member of the Queensland Law Society, the Family Law Practitioners Association, the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and the Ipswich District Law Association. Annette is committed to community service and volunteers her time to the Womens Legal Service.

Erin Dwan

Erin Dwan was admitted in July 2011, the year she joined our firm.

She completed her law degree through Queensland University of Technology in 2010 and went on to complete the Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice through College of Law in 2010. She was admitted to practice as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland on 11 July 2011.

Erin has worked with the Legal Aid Office in Ipswich and her experience at Legal Aid has proved to be invaluable in assisting clients in their applications.

Erin is quickly gaining experience in a number of legal areas including Family Law children's matters, Wills and Estates, Conveyancing and she has a particular interest in criminal law especially advocating for young offenders.

Erin is a member of the Queensland Law Society and the Ipswich District Law Association.

Corey Lee Davies

Corey Lee Davies, our paralegal, is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Law Degree through University of Southern Queensland and has been with our firm since 2010. Corey expects to complete her degree in 2012 and to enrol in the Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice in 2013.

Whilst studying full time Corey works in all areas of law assisting each of our solicitors. Corey excels at document preparation and has exceptional organisational skills. Corey has proved to be an invaluable member of our team.
